Warranty
E.square warrants to the purchaser that its products are free from manufacturing
defects. If we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we
will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage,
misuse, or improper care of the products. The warranty is activated 1 year from
the date of purchase.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of the products that we produce. It is important to
us that you are happy and satisfied with all of the items that you purchase from
us. If the item(s) does not meet your expectation, please email us at
customerservice@edotsquare.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Write the RMA number on the packing list and include the packing list in
the package. Return the merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was
received with hangtag on and in the same shipping box. Refund will be arranged
upon received of the returned merchandise. Refund will be made in the same way
that the initial purchase was made. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
